Kim, A quick note to let you know that Oriel (Shelby) and Orla (Annie) are adjusting very well to their new home. I think it took them less than 24 hours to break out of their shells. The girls spend the majority of the day playing with each other and terrorizing our beagle. They are getting the housebreaking thing down, but are still a little afraid of loud noises outside. They are such a joy and I am so glad that we took both of them. They are getting bigger every day and each are developing their own personality. Nanette and David

Hi Jenny, We just nicely got home from up north and found Missy on page 6! How cute. She is doing well, She has recovered from the ear mites and the yeast infection. She is under my feet sleeping as I write. She loves it up north but we have to be extra careful with her because she likes to explore the woods. We are surrounded by them, and this a.m. when Tom had her out she got on the trail of a deer that was eating in the corn pile. She was on her leash but was practically dragging him into the woods after it! 2 weeks ago when we were there she took off on us 3 times and I had to chase her down.
I also bought a doggie seatbelt off the internet and it works great in the car. Now she has her own little space and can't keep jumping back and forth over the seats. She still gets caged while we're at work and just goes wild when I get home and let her out. We love her dearly and she and Snuggles are getting along great together. I took her in 3 weeks ago for a haircut and now she looks more like a Beagle than Terrier.
She also loves to go for walks everyday, weather permitting oc course. I didn't dare take her out for any last week with the heat the way it was and she practically begged me to take her regardless. I promised you pictures but I'm not done with the roll yet but will get them to you eventually
Thanks again Susan & Tom |

Kim,
Morgan (formerly Miss Snazzy Star), and Molly(formerly Kensington) are doing great. They have adjusted to their older brother, Miller (9 month
old shepard mix). Although at times, just like the kids, he pesters them a little too much and we have to separate them. I know when the girls get
bigger, they’ll get him back.
Housebreaking is going pretty well also. Still an occasional accident, but both are learning very
quickly.
Unfortunately they are all being treated for kennel cough. The two little ones starting showing signs(coughing, sneezing) a week after we brought them home, the Miller caught it. The vet is treating all 3 and we’re hoping it clears up soon.
Each of the 3 kids have picked a favorite, Devin fell in love with Morgan, Ty picked out Molly, and Kyle decided since he is the oldest and Miller is the big brother that they fit together.
Sincerely, Sue |

Hi Jenny, Buddy is doing really good. I thought he might whine or cry at some point, but he never did. When we went to bed last night, I threw back the covers and said "C'mon Buddy." He jumped up and went under, just like you said, and stayed there all night.
We have gone for many walks, and this little guy walks me! After having Pooker, who was older and much slower, it will take some getting used to. We have also played alot. He likes the rope toy I bought and we will play tug of war. I usually lay down on the floor when we play, and when he is done, he comes up and just starts licking my face. He is so loving, and all who have met him think he is such a cutie, which of course I agree with. And so much energy! He is wearing me out. :o) He doesn't know what to make of the Guinea Pig. He just looks at him like he trying to figure out what that is.
I am so happy with him. He is a little sweetheart. I don't know how anyone could have just dumped him, but it was my gain. He is doing great-very lovable little guy. He makes me laugh a lot. I am so happy to have him!

Kim,
Also, it give us a chance to give you an updated about our dog, Bree, that we rescued through All Rovers about a year ago. Bree is about 55 pounds now. She is very lean and muscular and loves to run and play. She is a great dog who loves to be around people and just have fun. She has been a wonderful addition to our family and we could not imagine our lives without her. Attached are some pictures, one was taken the first day we brought Bree home and the other was taken around Christmas time (trying to get her to pose with a Santa hat on!). Thank you very much for all of your hard work. You are definitely making a difference in both the dogs that you rescue and the people who adopt the dogs lives. AJ and Suzanne
