ADOPTED
Hey Jenny,
All went great. He has been better then expected thus far. Although he is no longer Pepper. After many names and even a poll among friends, we narrowed it down to Rook, Checkers, Reno and Spur. While we and our friends debated over the choices, I was looking over a sporting goods ad and saw golf balls named Mo Jo. I liked this, our Hispanic friend said in Spanish this is pronounced Moi Yo. Mo Jo means black man in Spanish. Curtis struggled between Spur and Mo Jo which he said he liked better with the Spanish pronunciation. So we called to Pepper- Spur;...Moi Yo;.... He came readily more than once to Mo Jo, so Mo Jo it is, with the Spanish pronunciation. He slept on my friend on the couch, poo pooed in his new yard, and pounced on my cat Cisely's head. He and Curtis are now sleeping soundly, with two cats on the bed as well, mind you. Thanks again for helping bring this little spot of sunshine into our lives.
