Happily Ever After

ADOPTED

Patch has been renamed. After seeing his big paws, and even bigger personality, his name is now Brutus. (I like to call him King Brutus.) Brutus fits in very well with our family...even though our 3 cats are still adjusting to him! My boyfriend and I are very grateful to have Brutus in our family! Brutus is very stubborn at times (like my boyfriend), but then he's also very playful and loving (like me!). We have introduced Brutus to many people and animals. He is amazing! Everyone thinks he's adorable, and he is always well behaved. He is definitely not shy! People especially like his "Treat-Dance". (He puts his treat in his mouth and hops around in a circle for a few minutes.) Since he's so great with others (even strangers), I'd like to one day make him a "volunteer dog", where we visit kids in the hospital, or older people at the community-living homes. I think he'd be great with that!
Everyone says that animals who are adopted are the lucky ones. Well, they're wrong. My boyfriend and I are the lucky ones!!! Thanks, again! -Lizabeth
